Development of sensitive and accurate assays is of central importance in screening of small molecule libraries. We offer our customers with ability to develop the screening assays, both using purified recombinant proteins as well as cell based assays. Our detection technologies include both protein and nucleic acid based assays, detected by various fluorescence, chemiluminescense, hybridization, immunoassay etc. detection technologies.
In addition to the development of the screening assays, we offer our customers wit the molecular biology technologies for cDNA construct cloning, codon optimization site directed mutageneis, sequencing as well as small scale protein expression and purification in prokaryotic and eukaryotic host systems.
