Our approaches in target discovery are based on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying the disease phenotypes and progress. In order to help you to achieve this, we use genome-wide technologies, like transcriptomics and proteomics together with advanced bioinformatics and computational systems biology methods to identify the affected pathways, protein interaction and other regulatory networks. Other related technologies include genome-wide association analysis for the disease predisposing variants and genes as well as complimentary studies, like siRNA based gene inhibition. We have a long experience in genomics and proteomics technologies from both the experimental as well as the data analysis side. In addition, we can provide our customers with all the relevant cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology based technologies for the target discovery phase. Computational platforms
