Instrumentation

Proteomics platforms
- MALDI-TOF/TOF (Bruker Ultraflex II)
- Hybrid triple quadrupole MS:es with linear ion trap interphased with online LC (Thermo LTQ XL)
- Electrospray Ultra-High Resolution tandem TOF (UHR-Qq-TOF) (Bruker MaXis) with online LC

In vivo platforms
- Over 40 different disease models in CVD, diabetes, CNS, GI etc. areas, safety and toxicology evaluations
- Whole animal imaging: IVIS fluorescence (rodents) and SPEC-CT with four heads (rodents, rabbits) (Q2/10)
- Hematology, clinical chemistry, histology, microscopy and toxicokinetics instrumentation
- Individually Ventilated Cage (IVC) -system, SPF-facilities, laboratories for behavioral studies and individual metabolic cages.
- Facilities have adjustable environmental conditions, including temperature and light conditions according to project requirements
Computational platforms

- Own patented QSPR platform (Ontomine) for small molecule bioactivity, adverse effect and tox predictions
- Access to one of worlds largest supercomputer for most demanding virtual screening, simulation etc. jobs
All our studies are tailored on customer’s request. We also offer development a novel disease models, including the analytics capabilities in SBW, including genomics, proteomics, live imaging, gross and histopathology.
