Background

Infodix is a part of SBW Corporation performing bioinformatics, chemoinformatics, rational drug discovery, chemoinformatics workflow development and custom programming and database solutions for drug research and related companies. SBW/Infodix core competencies are bioinformatics and computational systems biology for 'omics datasets and biomarker discovery, predictive bioactivity and toxicity platform OntoMine (US patented), ADME and physicochemical QSAR models.

Our mission is to significantly enhance the time and cost of drug discovery by advanced computational tools, tailored to the customers needs. Further as part of SBW, we provide a seamless solution for design and analysis of projects from biomarker discovery to small molecule compound ranking and analysis together with the wet-lab services

Facilities

We are equipped with all relevant bio- and chemoinfrmatics software, access to various life science databases as well as programming tools for different computational and database platforms. In addition, we have access to one of the world's largest supercomputer allowing us to provide cost-efficiently very large scale simulations and screening services.
