We provide life-science in silico workflow development on software platforms like InforSense, Accelrys Pipeline Pilot and KNIME (OpenSource). We have several years of expertise in building complex workflows/computational protocols using these platforms for tailored customer needs in pharma and biotech industries. We also are providing technical support to Accelrys India operations for solution development on the Pipeline Pilot platform.

We have used the provided data analysis algoritms in the various platforms, replicated several conceptual algorithms published in international journals as well as developed custom statistical and data mining algorithms into the application workflows. In addition, we have extensive experience in integrating various 3rd party data analytics software into the workflows. Typically the workflows are developed on customer sites. For large scale studies, we have access to one of the world's largest supercomputers for the most demanding computational simulations etc. work requiring large scale computational power.
